Alaska Polar Bears
7 Days, 2018 $8995 FAIRBANKS, ARCTIC NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, ALASKA
This trip was designed for avid nature and wildlife photographers whose goal is to create original and impactful photographs of wild polar bears from close distances at eye level in absolutely beautiful Alaskan scenery. You will accomplish this on boat or land based departures into the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, one of the best places in the world to photograph polar bears. Throughout the trip you will receive photographic instruction from professional wildlife photographer Aaron Baggenstos. Join us for this one of a kind nature and wildlife photography tour!
Day 1: Arrival day. 7pm orientation and welcome presentation at our base hotel to prepare you for the days to come.
Days 2-6: Morning flight to the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge where polar bear photography will begin on afternoon of day 2. Over the next 5 days we have arranged 8 outings by boat, we will participate in these trips as weather allows with optional land based excursions. Afternoon flight back to Fairbanks on day 6.
Day 7: Morning Departures.

2018 Itinerary Includes
6 nights lodging (4 nights dormitory style shared rooms), all meals, all boat and land based trips to view polar bears,privately chartered airfare to Barter Island, park fees, road transportation throughout the tour, in field photographic instruction.
2018 Itinerary Does Not Include
Airfare to Fairbanks, gratuities ($150), travel insurance (highly recommended).
